Elvire Cuperus has a paramedical background as well as sales and training experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in the industry as an HR consultant since 1990. After working for a leading agency for a few years, Ms Cuperus set up Farma Connect in 1994. In 2005, Farma Connect was incorporated into Heere & Cuperus as a result of the collaboration with Theo Heere.
Theo Heere, MD, has held various marketing positions in the pharmaceutical industry. At Numico he held (inter)national marketing and management positions and he was Managing Director of Nutricia Netherlands. Dr Heere has both extensive knowledge of the life sciences industry and the food industry. In 2005, he established Heere & Cuperus together with Elvire Cuperus.
